Professional Summary

Experienced IT and project professional with a strong background in infrastructure, platform, and enterprise IT project management. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and ensure delivery according to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Proficient in risk management, quality assurance, and technical coordination across interdisciplinary teams. Fluent in German (C1) and English (B1).

Professional Experience

Project Manager / IT Infrastructure & Platform Projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT infrastructure and platform projects across the full lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate work packages and operational activities independently, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Prepare effort estimations, technical service descriptions, and management presentations.
• Act as central contact for customers, operational teams, suppliers, service providers, and field operations.
• Organize workshops, coordination meetings, and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
• Identify dependencies, operational risks, and ensure structured change management processes.
• Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and project performance; perform lessons learned sessions for continuous improvement.
• Support projects including data center expansions, migrations, consolidations, cloud transformations, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.

Achievements:

• Successfully managed multi-site IT infrastructure projects.
• Implemented structured risk and quality management processes to ensure project compliance.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Additional certifications or vocational training in IT or related fields, if applicable.

Skills

• Project Management: IPMA, agile methods, structured coordination, stakeholder management.
• IT Infrastructure: Data center management, cloud platforms, communication technologies.
• Tools: MS Project, Jira, Microsoft Office Suite.
• IT Service Management: ITIL Foundation or equivalent practical experience.
• Languages: German (C1), English (B1).
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
