Your tasks as Junior Internal Communications Specialist

• Maintain and optimize Staffbase content (accuracy, completeness, linking structure).
• Analyze feedback and usage data to identify content gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support AI assisted content creation, prompting, and optimization.
• Contribute to structuring the internal communications ecosystem for better navigation and search.
• Create and adapt simple visual and editorial content (e.g. via Canva, digital signage formats).
• Translate complex content into clear, engaging, and accessible formats.

Your profile

• University degree or comparable qualification in communications, media, or a related field
• First professional experience in digital communications or content platforms
• Analytical mindset with interest in data, AI, and digital tools
• Strong attention to detail and structured way of working
• Very good English skills
