DHL Supply Chain has an opening for an Internship in the Europe, Middle East & Africa Marketing Department in Bonn, Germany.

What will be your job as Digital Marketing Intern?

• Support the development of online and social media campaigns for the Europe & MEA region.
• Collaborate closely with the Europe & MEA Marketing (Europe, Middle East and Africa) team to create the framework, execute, and measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
• Assist in creating engaging social media content for DHL Supply Chains Europe & MEA LinkedIn profile.
• Organize and manage social platforms like Oktopost.
• Work with agencies to manage content development.
• Support the creation and rollout of omni-channel marketing campaigns, including designing compelling customer journeys and providing post-campaign reporting.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing digital marketing metrics and social media analytics platforms to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Create and present appealing PowerPoint presentations with strong storytelling and visualization skills.

Who are we looking for? Your profile:

• You are enrolled in a university program focused on Marketing, Psychology, or other related fields.
• You have previous basic experience with digital/ Social media marketing platforms such as Oktopost, Google Adwords, Linkedin Marketing, Hubspot, Eloqua and content creation tools such as Canva, Copilot, AI video tools
• You have a solid understanding of digital campaign planning and execution through testing, optimization in digital channels and platforms e.g LinkedIn, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
• You demonstrate excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• You are a reliable person who is able to set priorities, takes time management effectively, and delivers what you commit to.
• You have solid project management skills, the ability to coordinate multiple projects and strong communication skills.
• Your English is fluent both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as MS Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel

What can you bring as a plus?

• Experience in working with Microsoft excel to analyze, interpret marketing data is a plus
• Experience in usage of comprehensive suite of marketing technologies like Eloqua, Aventri, Workfront, Terminus and Salesforce
• Experience in working with multinational companies
• Any further knowledge of EU languages
