The Senior Pricing Specialist – DHL Fulfillment Network is responsible for owning and continuously improving the network’s pricing strategy, pricing tools, and pricing processes across multiple countries and regions. Acting as the link between Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations, the role ensures DHL Fulfillment Network pricing is accurate, competitive, scalable, and profitable, while driving yield management, supporting business growth, and enabling consistent pricing standards across the global fulfillment network.

Your key accountabilities include:

• Own and continuously enhance the DHL Fulfillment Network pricing tool, including development, testing, and release management.
• Translate product features and operational requirements into scalable, standardized pricing models.
• Lead end-to-end pricing processes, ensuring fast, accurate, and consistent customer pricing proposals.
• Drive yield management activities to optimise profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.
• Analyse pricing assumptions and operational performance to identify margin opportunities and improvement actions.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Product, and Reporting teams to align pricing strategy and execution.
• Educate, coach and support regional teams on pricing methodologies, tools and best practices.
• Lead pricing-related projects, including pricing tool enhancements, process improvements, and cross-regional initiatives.

What are we looking for from you?

• Proven experience in pricing, commercial analysis, or logistics solutions within the logistics/supply chain sector.
• Strong understanding of fulfillment operations, warehouse processes, productivity drivers and eCommerce logistics.
• Advanced analytical capabilities, including highly developed Excel and pricing modelling skills.
• complex, cross-functional projects within an international matrix organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills across all organisational levels.
• Ability to balance commercial competitiveness with profitability through effective yield management.
• Fluent English; German language skills preferred, with experience working across multiple cultures and regions.
