Location : EMEA/ UKI

As Product Manager – LOGICS & EtQ , you will play a pivotal role in shaping two of our most business‑critical global platforms. Embedded within Global Operations Excellence – Performance Management & Operations Analytics , you will define and steer the product vision, roadmap, and priorities to ensure LOGICS and EtQ effectively enable global operations, quality, and compliance.

Operating at the heart of a complex global matrix, you will partner closely with operations, quality, IT, and data teams to turn operational and regulatory needs into scalable, user‑centric solutions that drive measurable performance improvement worldwide.

Your Key Accountabilities Include:

Product Ownership & Strategy

• Own the end‑to‑end product vision, roadmap, and backlog for LOGICS and EtQ, ensuring strong alignment with global operations strategy and regulatory expectations
• Translate strategic objectives into clear, prioritised delivery plans that create tangible operational value

Stakeholder Leadership

• Lead global stakeholder engagement through Product Councils and structured governance forums
• Balance regional, functional, and operational priorities while driving alignment and transparency

Delivery & Continuous Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement by assessing, prioritising, and overseeing enhancements and change requests
• Apply Agile ways of working to ensure value‑focused, timely, and high‑quality delivery

Quality, Compliance & Validation

• Ensure EtQ remains a validated system, coordinating validation activities, impact assessments, audit readiness, and compliance governance
• Act as a key interface between business, quality, and IT to ensure regulatory integrity is maintained at all times

Execution & Partner Management

• Manage delivery across internal teams, ITS, and external suppliers
• Ensure initiatives are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, and budget, while proactively managing risks and dependencies

Data & Analytics Enablement

• Safeguard data quality, consistency, and usability across platforms
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams to enhance reporting, insights, and adoption of advanced analytics

What Are We Looking For From You:

Experience & Expertise

• Proven experience in product or project management within complex, global, matrix environments
• Solid understanding of supply chain operations, quality management systems, or enterprise IT platforms

Ways of Working

• Strong ability to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product outcomes
• High attention to detail paired with a structured, process‑driven approach, especially in regulated or compliance‑critical settings

Collaboration & Mindset

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence working across regions and seniority levels
• A customer‑centric, improvement‑driven mindset, with curiosity for data, analytics, and emerging technologies such as AI
