Creative Growth Lead

Super44 is building the all-in-one AI platform for independent local businesses: cafés, pubs, restaurants, flower shops and boutiques. We are a small, pre-seed team working together in person from a house overlooking the Rhine in Bonn. We are hiring a Founding Creative Growth Lead to build an unmistakably human social presence and turn great stories into growth.

Tasks

Own Super44’s social strategy, brand voice and creative output.

Find the human stories inside independent businesses and tell them brilliantly.

Develop concepts, write, shoot, direct, edit and publish the work yourself.

Make merchants, customers and founders compelling on camera.

Build authentic UGC and creator formats.

Test platforms, formats, hooks and narratives quickly.

Study performance, iterate, and turn organic winners into paid campaigns.

Use the latest AI tools to elevate real footage without making it generic.

Over time, build and direct a creative team while remaining close to the work.

Requirements

You have exceptional taste, strong internet culture instincts and a portfolio that proves it.

You have personally made social or video work that performed — you did not only write the strategy or brief someone else.

You can find a story, make people comfortable on camera, shoot it, edit it and learn from the result.

You care about brand and feeling, but also understand performance, paid social and why creative works.

You use AI tools fluently without letting them flatten the work.

You are fluent in German and English.

You enjoy spending time inside local businesses and can earn an owner’s trust.

Most importantly, you love independent hospitality and want to help local businesses thrive.

Benefits

€65,000–€125,000 salary plus 0.4%–1% equity.
