AI Native Senior Full Stack Engineer

RevOS is a bootstrapped, entrepreneurially run German startup founded and funded by serial founders. We’re building a revenue intelligence platform that helps B2B companies turn fragmented go-to-market data into a single, trusted foundation for AI-powered analytics and automated action. Our platform gives revenue teams early visibility into churn risk, pipeline slippage, and expansion opportunities — so growth becomes predictable, not reactive. We're looking for a AI Native Senior Full Stack Engineer who is self-driven, opinionated about good engineering, and excited to make a real impact. You’ll work across the various stacks from Node/React with NestJS backends to Python/Spark/DBT data stacks and think beyond the code: you care about the product, understand the user, and help shape what we build, not just how we build it.

Because we work closely with our customers to avoid waste, engineers at RevOS are expected to interact directly with customers by listening, understanding their challenges, and translating insights into better product decisions. High empathy, curiosity, and a strong customer mindset are therefore essential.

We don’t do micromanagement. We trust our engineers to own their work, bring ideas to the table, and push things forward autonomously.

Tasks

• Design and build scalable backend services with NestJS and TypeScript
• Develop clean, maintainable React frontends
• Design and maintain REST APIs
• Collaborate closely with product and customers to translate real-world needs into effective solutions
• Review code, mentor peers, and continuously raise the engineering bar across the team
• Take ownership of features end-to-end — from design and implementation to deployment and rollout and support in customer projects

Requirements

• You are in European Union and have a valid european work permit
• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience in heterogenious environments (mixed languages and tech stacks)
• Strong command of Node.js and TypeScript for both frontend and backend development (NestJS, React, etc.)
• Solid understanding of & Representational State Transfer and data modeling
• Strong SQL knowledge—comfortable writing and optimizing complex queries
• Experience with React
• Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Hands-on data engineering experience, building or working with analytical pipelines and structured data workflows
• CI/CD experience, designing and maintaining automated build, test, and deployment pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions or similar)
• Experience with at least one hyperscaler cloud platform (Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS)
• Comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development while maintaining high engineering standards
• Strong product thinking and customer empathy, with the ability to translate real-world problems into robust technical solutions
• Excellent asynchronous communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote-first engineering culture
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with data engineering concepts (dbt, medallion architecture, pipelines)
• Experience with Python and/or Apache Spark in data processing or analytics contexts
• Experience with 2+ hyperscalers like (Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS)
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or Databricks
• Infrastructure-as-code experience (Terraform or similar)
• Exposure to enterprise SaaS or multi-subsidiary platforms
• Additional European languages such as German, Russian, Ukrainian, or other European languages is a big plus
