Business Analyst & Project Manager - AI & Digital Enablement
- Work with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, business needs and improvement opportunities, and translate them into clearly defined problems, requirements and use cases.
- Conduct business, process and data analysis, including As-Is/To-Be analysis, root-cause analysis, gap analysis, KPI definition and business impact assessment.
- Facilitate discovery and requirements workshops and translate findings into business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows.
- Use data to validate business problems and opportunities through tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL and Power Query, and turn findings into actionable business insights.
- Assess potential solution options across process improvement, analytics, automation, Power Platform, AI/GenAI and existing IT solutions, together with relevant technical teams.
- Develop business cases and value assessments, including expected benefits, effort, dependencies, risks and measurable success criteria.
- Create and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, decisions and action tracking.
- Coordinate projects and workstreams across business, IT, product teams, developers, vendors and other stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership and follow-up.
- Prepare concise project status reporting, management updates and decision materials, escalating risks and issues when required.
- Support projects through solution definition, UAT, implementation, rollout and benefits realization, ensuring the delivered solution addresses the original business need.
- Continuously explore how data, digitalization, automation and AI can improve business processes and create measurable business value.
- University degree in Business, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in Business Analysis, IT/Digital Project Management, digital transformation, consulting or a related role.
- Strong practical Business Analysis skills, including requirements engineering, process mapping, root-cause analysis, stakeholder analysis, use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Solid Project Management skills covering project planning, milestones, stakeholder coordination, dependencies, reporting and delivery follow-up.
- Good analytical capabilities and experience working with Excel and Power BI; practical knowledge of SQL and Power Query is beneficial.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery approaches and experience supporting UAT and implementation.
- Good understanding of digital technologies and preferably exposure to Power Platform, automation, data/analytics, AI/GenAI or Copilot technologies.
- Sufficient technical understanding of APIs, integrations, databases and data flows to communicate effectively with technical teams; hands-on software development is not required.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems and independently drive topics forward.
- Fluent English and ability to work effectively in an international, cross-functional environment.
