Your tasks

Become part of our Corporate Strategy and Program Office Strategy 2030 teams within the central Corporate Development department and gain unique insights into the strategic activities of the world’s leading international logistics company.

The DHL Group’s Corporate Strategy department is responsible for all major strategic initiatives and Group-wide projects, while the Program Office Strategy 2030 oversees the communication and implementation of the corporate strategy and digitalization initiatives (e.g., AI) across all divisions and functions within and beyond DHL Group. One of the key focuses of the Program Office Strategy 2030 is advancing DHL Group’s “Digital by default” initiative by accelerating the adoption of digital capabilities and AI across the organization.

Our projects are defined by a high level of top management involvement, an international scope, and global relevance. As a valued team member, you will take ownership in driving the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and communication projects. You will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders and contribute with a strong sense of responsibility and impact.

Your profile

• Completed bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a master’s degree in management, business administration, economics, digitalization or related field from a recognized university
• Strong academic record with coursework or projects related to strategy, digitalization, or international business
• Previous internship or work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field is highly desirable
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in a structured manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluency in English
