We are looking for a Requirements Manager to join our Global Commercial & Master Data team in Bonn.

Your Role

As a member of the Global Requirements Management, Commercial & Master Data team, you will own end-to-end requirements across commercial and master data domains - from gap analysis and user story authoring through to UAT and deployment. Our team operates a 6-pillar strategy on EVO, DHL Freight's unified system landscape active across 30+ countries. What makes this role distinctive is

your ability to work with data at depth: you will own the Knowledge Management pillar, drive data-backed requirements, and deliver analytical insight that directly supports revenue impact initiatives. You bridge the gap between business process ownership and data intelligence - making the invisible visible, and the complex actionable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and translate business and high-level requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories with full acceptance criteria.
• Define business rules, system behaviours, and end-to-end processes across commercial and master data domains in the EVO system landscape.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews for gap analysis, process improvement, and country alignment.
• Assess and validate change requests, ensuring traceability from business need to implemented solution.
• Collaborate with solution design and implementation teams to ensure delivered functionalities meet business requirements.
• Lead and manage change initiatives, coordinating with country nominated experts throughout design, implementation, and go-live.
• Prepare and execute UAT, test scenarios for automation, and post-deployment validation.
• Support countries in daily operations - act as a reliable point of contact for commercial and master data process and system questions.
• Maintain consistent, structured documentation covering process workflows, data elements, and information flows.
• Drive collaboration and knowledge sharing across functions and geographies.
• Govern master data objects across the EVO landscape – customer and supplier master data, routing, geography, and VAS – ensuring accuracy, completeness, and lifecycle compliance.
• Define and maintain data standards, business rules, and validation criteria for master data domains in collaboration with MDM and country teams.
• Support master data quality monitoring and drive remediation for data defects identified through reporting or country escalations.

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or Requirements Engineer - preferably in logistics or a comparable operational environment.
• Strong understanding of commercial logistics processes, master data management principles, and their interdependencies in a complex system landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to write precise, high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria in an Agile environment.
• Technical depth in logistics system landscapes - strong understanding of how data structures, system configurations, and business rules interconnect.
• Understanding of master data management principles – data object ownership, data quality governance, and lifecycle management in a complex ERP/TMS landscape.
• High affinity for process design, structured thinking, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills - able to navigate cross-functional and cross-cultural stakeholder environments.
• Ability to manage concurrent priorities and deliver against defined timelines.
• Strong written and spoken English at professional level.
