Our client, a leading global ICT provider, is recruiting for a Regional Project Manager to join their business in Germany .

Responsibilities:

• Manage regional implementation plans and progress, analyze and monitor the progress and problems of each phase of site implementation, including materials, access, customer cooperation, quality, resources, and plans, and ensure the achievement of customer delivery targets.
  

• Manage the acceptance plan and progress to ensure that the site revenue is recognized and the target is achieved.
  

• Manage the quality during the onsite implementation, including the execution of standard actions, implementation process quality, and acceptance quality, to ensure that the onsite subcontractor personnel and operations are managed according to the quality standards.
  

• Manage the construction safety of on-site subcontractors, ensure that the qualification of on-site subcontractors meets the work requirements, that the subcontractors can perform operations according to the construction safety elements, and urge the subcontractors to complete the on-site rectification in a timely manner based on the construction safety problems during the implementation of the on-site construction.
  

• Regional customer communication and relationship maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, with a preference for a Master’s degree.
  

• Experience in project management within the construction, telecommunications, or related industries, with a focus on site implementation and regional project management.
  

• Proven ability to manage regional implementation plans, including analyzing progress, identifying issues, and ensuring customer delivery targets are met.
  

• Strong knowledge of site acceptance processes and revenue recognition, with a demonstrated ability to manage acceptance plans and achieve target outcomes.
  

• Extensive experience in quality management during onsite implementations, with familiarity in managing subcontractor personnel to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  

• Solid understanding of construction safety management, including ensuring subcontractor qualifications meet work requirements and enforcing safety protocols.
  

• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to maintain strong relationships with regional customers and stakeholders.
  

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with strong analytical skills to manage complex regional projects effectively.
  

• Willingness to travel regionally as required.
  

• Certifications such as PMP or Prince2 are a plus.
