Your tasks
You will support the team of “Group Certified and Learning” shaping the culture of DHL Group. We aim to provide our colleagues world-wide with offers that drive our leadership culture and boost engagement as well as skills of our colleagues. Specifically, we offer a variety of learning formats e.g. classroom trainings, eLearning, applications and foster best-practice sharing and network across the group.
You will be part of a team with currently five colleagues, which develops and maintains all groupwide trainings. The topics vary, from Sustainability over AI to Finance.
To support our training development, we need you to review final training files for formal correctness, keep track of translations, create communication assets and manage the update of training materials.
Sometimes we also organize training events, then you should schedule dates, communicate with the training facilitators and coordinate training material logistics. Oh yes, there is also a bit of reporting.
As part of your internship, you will work closely with various departments and gain interesting insights into the work of the various divisions of DHL Group.
Your profile
- None of the above is rocket science, and once you master the above, we are happy to involve you even more. Either way, we need you to bring along
- Compulsory internship/voluntary internship during your Bachelor's degree, gap year or current Master's degree (enrollment required) with above-average performance results
- Very good written and spoken English and German
- Project Management experience, to manage several projects in parallel and alone
- Sound knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- A hands-on mentality, to help wherever help is needed
- Ideally initial experience in HR or even learning & development
