Project Supervisor

We are searching for our client, a Chinese optical communication and information technology solutions company, and a Project Supervisor to join their business in Germany. Position Title: Project Supervisor Position Type Permanent / FTE Start Date: ASAP Location: Bonn, Germany (Location may be adjusted in the second half of 2026 based on project needs.) Contact: Ramya Bharathy | +49(0)8923889836 Responsibilities Manage client appointments and conduct joint municipal site surveys. Assist the digital supervisor in updating QGIS information. Oversee on-site construction management, including quality, progress, and resource coordination. Provide necessary field data (e.g., subcontractor site attendance, construction progress, specific photos) and support to the regional project manager or internal supervisor. Maintain daily communication and coordination with client supervisors and municipal representatives. Inspect and approve civil works performed by subcontractors, and coordinate corrective actions as needed. Manage the application for acceptance inspections with Deutsche Telekom and municipal authorities. Assist the logistics specialist with warehouse inbound/outbound operations (in cases of remote construction sites or separate storage locations). Handle on-site emergencies and unexpected incidents. Requirements Proficient in German communication (verbal and written). Basic knowledge of FTTH (Fiber to the Home) construction.
