For this role we are looking for professionals with and excellent academic background who will work closely with business stakeholders and consulting teams to deeply understand their complex operational and strategic challenges and translate their needs into AI-driven solutions that create real-world impact. The ideal candidates are curious problem solvers who are energized by experimenting with new models and techniques to discover what AI can achieve.

What you will do:

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand their processes and challenges, translate them into analytical approaches, and generate ideas how data & AI can help.
• Collect, understand and analyze the existing data landscape as pre-requisite for the AI applications in close interaction with the business experts.
• Develop scalable solution architectures and design systems that can be efficiently implemented at scale.
• Prepare, test, and release AI features, work with the team to deploy updates, monitor performance, and understand key indicators such as responsiveness, reliability, and cost.
• Create simple demos, prototypes and practical enablement materials, such as lightweight UIs, playbooks, and templates to help colleagues and users get started quickly.
• Prepare and deliver workshops, communicating insights and recommendations in a clear, structured manner.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Platform Engineers, and Product Managers, working with senior AI Scientists or Machine Learning Engineers to grow your technical and professional skills.

What you bring:

• University degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience; business-related studies are a plus.
• 2–;3 years working experience in business-relevant data science or AI engineering projects, ideally across end-to-end project lifecycles from concept to deployment.
• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) and solid experience with SQL; familiar with software engineering best practices (version control, testing, code reviews, CI/CD).
• Proven experience in building backend services, data pipelines, or integrating ML/LLM components into production environments.
• Working knowledge of retrieval and RAG systems, agent orchestration, and the broader AI/LLM technology ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and experience developing and deploying models that generate real business impact.
• Practical experience with modern ML/AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, scikit-learn, Pydantic, AutoGen) and a good grasp of MLOps workflows for scalable model deployment.
• Solid understanding of prompt versioning, agent tracing and RAG Evaluations metrics.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed data environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and trade-offs to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem solving skills paired with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
• High level of curiosity, integrity, ownership, and a positive, results oriented attitude.
• Broad understanding of business contexts and experience in working on strategic or cross functional initiatives in a corporate environment.
