Manager - Chemicals (m/f/d)In Germany - Berlin | Bonn | Cologne | Frankfurt/Main | Hamburg | MunichAs a Manager (m/f/d) in our Chemicals practice, you will help leading chemical and materials companies navigate some of their most important commercial and strategic questions: where to grow, how to win and defend attractive profit pools, and how to translate strategy into commercial execution.You will work at the intersection of commercial strategy, pricing, sales and commercial transformation. prior chemicals experience is highly desirable but deep curiosity and the ability to learn complex industries quickly are equally importantYou are comfortable addressing questions that combine strategy and execution – from market attractiveness and competitive positioning to pricing, sales, organization and performance managementYou can structure ambiguous problems, formulate hypotheses, work confidently with quantitative and qualitative evidence, and translate insights into clear management recommendationsYou understand that commercial models differ across commodity, specialty and solution businesses and can think beyond generic Commercial Excellence playbooksYou have successfully led workstreams or projects and can manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining analytical depth and delivery qualityYou enjoy working with senior executives, can challenge constructively and communicate complex topics clearly and conciselyYou combine intellectual curiosity with pragmatism: you want to understand why a strategy should work and what it takes to make it work in the marketYou have initial experience leading and coaching colleagues and enjoy developing high-performing teamsYou are entrepreneurial, client-focused and interested in contributing to the continued development of our Chemicals practiceYou are fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Have we sparked your interest?
