Corporate Real Estate IT is the interface between Real Estate and IT . We support our Real Estate teams with the technology, applications and information they need to work efficiently and successfully.

Our goal is to create real value for our business partners. We do this by driving innovative IT solutions, supporting transformational projects and shaping modern IT architectures – always with a focus on integration, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

At the same time, we help ensure that our digital solutions are secure, compliant and future-ready . This includes key topics such as information security, SaaS security, data protection and compliance. In this way, we contribute to protecting the DHL Group while enabling our colleagues to make the most of digital technologies.

Your tasks

• Shape IT transformation : Support our current IT transformation programs and help drive exciting initiatives forward.
• Turn business needs into solutions : Work closely with our business partners to understand their needs, translate them into clear requirements and help steer their implementation.
• Bring ideas to life : Take ownership of selected use cases and implement them directly in our systems – from the initial idea to a working solution.

Your profile

• Minimum Bachelor Graduation in Informatics, Economy before April 1st, 2027; Major fields of study: Deep understanding of IT concepts and IT programming; In additional background within Real Estate Management and processes also beneficial
• First professional experience (up to 3 years) in Project Management, IT Architecture and Programming
• Deep understanding of IT Architecture incl. Integrations and interfaces, Programming
• Additional first contacts on SAP or other ERP Software helpful
• Fluent English skills; fluent German skills
• Very good communication skills , solution orientation, structured thinking , ownership mentality, learning mindset, curiosity.
