Senior Expert Global Pensions (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to international project teams to develop global standards as well as review and approval processes for pension plans in line with group policies
- Work closely with Finance on accounting risks, classification topics and the market‑appropriate design of international pension plans, while coordinating external consulting partners
- Provide strategic advice to HR units worldwide—especially Compensation & Benefits—on the design, enhancement and implementation of local pension plans
- Prepare and present complex pension‑related topics to HR leaders and decision‑makers, for example when updates to existing pension plans are required
- Design global HR monitoring structures for pension KPIs, risks, compliance with policies and related processes
- Take responsibility for German corporate pension projects, e.g., following legislative changes or in negotiations of updates with social partners
Your profile
- Degree in economics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in corporate pensions, including governance of international pension plans
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, risk management, policy design and relevant regulatory frameworks
- Experience working within global HR structures and managing international stakeholders and external partners
- Confident working with reporting frameworks, pension KPIs as well as project and process management methods
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely
- Analytical, independent and responsible working style, combined with confidence in collaborating within global, virtual teams
- Excellent German and English skills
