Manager Investor Relations (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as a company representative and speaker in investor meetings across the US and Canada, addressing topics such as corporate strategy, business performance, and financial outlook
• Plan, organize, and execute IR conferences and roadshows in the US and Canada with institutional investors and analysts – with a strong focus on investor targeting and actively expanding investor relationships
• Provide conceptual and logistical support for local IR events
• Contribute to quarterly capital market communications
• Conduct financial and competitive analyses
• Support alignment with analysts regarding market expectations and financial developments
• Develop, enhance, and digitalize processes and digital IR tools

Your Profile

• University degree in finance, economics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in capital markets, ideally in banking or investor relations
• Strong understanding of financials and financial analysis, combined with a high level of IT affinity
• Analytical, detail‑oriented working style paired with strong organizational skills
• Confident, engaging, and customer‑focused communication style when interacting with investors and internal stakeholders
• Business fluent English; German is a plus
