Corporate Real Estate – Global Sustainability is looking for a passionate professional to help drive the sustainable decarbonization of our global real estate portfolio.

In this role, you will define the optimum sustainable building solutions for scalable deployment across our sites worldwide . You will develop solutions covering technologies such as photovoltaics, battery storage, EV charging infrastructure (AC & DC) and building management & automation systems, as well as other emerging innovative solutions.

By combining sustainability, technology and project leadership , you will help turn ambitious sustainability goals into tangible solutions – making our buildings and sites more energy-efficient, decarbonized resilient and future-ready.

Your tasks

• Shape innovative energy system concepts and develop sustainable, future-ready solutions for our buildings and sites
• Drive projects from idea to implementation , coordinating stakeholders and ensuring successful delivery
• Communicate the benefits of solutions in a manner that can easily be understood by non-technical operational managers
• Turn data into insights by analyzing and processing energy-related data to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and sustainability.

Your profile

• Ideally Master Graduation in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy Systems, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Building Technology Engineering, Sustainable Buildings before April 1st, 2027.
• First professional experience (up to 3 years) in Engineering (Energy, Automation, Electrical); Analytical experience.
• First experience in Project Management, Electrical/Energy Design of advantage
• Knowledge in Excel incl. programming, data processing, MS Office is a must; Power BI, Energy System Design Software is advantageous.
• Fluent English skills ; good German skills.
• Very good communication skills , solution orientation, data-driven decision making , structured thinking, ownership mentality and growth learning mindset
