While this position has a strong focus on digital Employee Experience , it offers much more than digital platform work. We operate in an agile Scrum environment , giving you the opportunity to experience a highly collaborative way of working, contribute to cross-functional teams and take ownership of meaningful initiatives. You will also can explore areas such as content quality and gamification , including innovative concepts like Super Editors , and contribute to cross-departmental initiatives that bring together Internal Communications, IT, Operations and external partners .

You will explore how generative and agentic AI are reshaping both the way our colleagues work and the way they discover, access and consume content and services. This includes emerging disciplines such as Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and new approaches to making information and services more relevant, accessible and engaging.

As the team responsible for DHL Group’s core digital People Platforms, we are working to future-proof a group-wide approach to the best possible DHL Employee Experience across the digital employee journey. Your tasks

• Shape and scale AI for Employee Experience : Help define and bring to life our AI strategy for Employee Experience. You will help our colleagues understand, trust and confidently use generative and agentic AI in their daily work. Together, we will turn emerging AI opportunities into practical solutions and build a scalable, repeatable enablement model that can grow across DHL Group.
• Make content and services ready for the future of AI : Help us scale engaging formats and strengthen content quality frameworks across the employee journey. You will explore how content and services can be optimized for discovery through internal AI systems and assistants - including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). The goal: create experiences that work brilliantly for people while also being structured, discoverable and retrievable by AI.
• Turn EX data into meaningful action : Help us understand what works and where we can improve. You will track, measure and analyze the impact of Employee Experience initiatives and translate insights into concrete actions. By leveraging AI-supported analytics and reporting, you will help make EX more data-driven, actionable and scalable—and ensure that our investments create measurable value for our colleagues and the business.

Your profile

• Graduated from Bachelor Studies before April 1st, 2027, in Social Science, Informatics, Media & Communication, Language & Cultural Science, Economy, AI, (Business) Psychology, Management & Technology; Focus areas of studies e.g. User Experience Design, Business Administration, HR, Marketing, Business IT, AI / Data Science
• First professional experience (up to 3 years) Communication & Marketing skills, User Experience Design, Workshop Facilitation , Project Management, AI
• Fluent English skills; fluent/good German skills
• Very good communication skills, Stakeholder Management , Facilitation & Workshop Design, Creativity, strong Can-Do/implementations skills , strong level of self-organization and self-motivation, authenticity, empathy, flexibility and a good sense of humor. You will be treated as a full member of the team from day one and your development will be our primary interest .
