Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding their perfect glasses, offering personalized advice and support.
• Represent the company’s spirit on the sales floor and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Operate modern optical equipment and independently perform contact‑lens and anatomical fittings.
• Determine prescription values and counsel customers on a variety of lens options.

What We’re Looking For

• Completed apprenticeship as an Optician (m/w/d).
• First experience in refraction and/or contact‑lens fitting is a plus.
• Team‑player mindset with the drive to achieve collective business goals.

Working Conditions

• Competitive base salary plus a performance‑based store bonus.
