As an MBA Intern in Product Management, you will support the development, deployment, and communication of AI-driven solutions across regions. You will gain hands-on exposure to real-world AI productization, governance, and stakeholder management in a fast-evolving, high-impact environment.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

This internship is part of a local scheme with universities in Germany. The main eligibility criterion is to be actively enrolled in a university program throughout the entire duration of the internship. You will be required to provide documentation such as your ID, student visa, and enrolment certificate as part of the eligibility verification process.

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:

• Support end-to-end product management of AI solutions (from ideation to deployment), including internal and external innovations
• Identify, structure, and prioritize AI use cases across regions and functions
• Support rollout and adoption of AI products in alignment with strategic business goals
• Prepare executive updates, dashboards, and reporting for senior stakeholders
• Contribute to and drive AI communication initiatives (e.g., presentations, newsletters, internal campaigns)
• Conduct research on emerging AI and agentic technologies and assess relevance for business needs

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU?

• Currently pursuing an MBA or Master’s degre e in Business, Management, or a related field
• Initial experience in product management, consulting, or project management (internship or coursework)
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure complex topics clearly
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (experience with data/visual storytelling is a plus)
