Project Manager
Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of complex IT projects in structured project environments. Responsible for documentation, reporting, risk analysis, project controlling, meeting coordination, stakeholder communication, and administrative support for project management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project managers in the planning, steering, and implementation of complex IT projects.
• Independently prepare project documentation, status reports, risk analyses, and decision papers in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Support project controlling with regard to schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Organize and moderate project meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up of action items.
• Act as a contact point for project staff and project managers on methodological and organizational topics.
• Support governance activities, communication, and reporting.
• Perform administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, quality assurance, onboarding/offboarding support, and list maintenance.
• Contribute to special project management topics as required.

Required Qualifications

• German language proficiency at C1 level according to CEFR.
• Good working knowledge of common project tools including MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Jira.
• Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable IT-related field; alternatively, a recognized vocational qualification in an IT profession or extensive professional experience in an IT environment.
• Knowledge and experience in classical and agile project management methods, ideally supported by a recognized project management certification or equivalent qualification.

Professional Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in project management within projects of medium size and complexity.
• Several years of hands-on experience in milestone and schedule tracking, ongoing resource planning, and the organization and moderation of project meetings, including documentation and follow-up of tasks.

• High level of responsibility, initiative, independence, decision-making ability, and assertiveness.

• Clear, structured, and targeted communication skills.

• Good verbal expression skills.

Additional Requirements

• Partial remote work possible, with an average home office ratio of approximately 40%.
