Master Sales, Data & Digital tools

• Work hands-on with live commercial data, dashboards & performance tools
• Analyze pipeline, conversion, and productivity metrics
• Turn insights into actions that drive smarter sales decisions globally
• Leverage digital sales tools and AI-driven insights to support smarter decision-making
• Explore how automation, predictive analytics, and AI can improve sales performance

️ Own What Matters

• Take the lead on key transformation initiatives across DGF
• Own your own workstreams in areas like:

• Digital sales tool adoption
• Global sales process standardization
• Go-to-market strategy enhancements

• Deliver projects end-to-end : from idea → execution → measurable impact
• Contribute to shaping a more digital, tech-enabled sales organization

Who you are

• Master’s degree or MBA graduate (Class of 2026) in Business, Logistics, Economics, Data, or a related field
• Internationally mobile and excited to work in a global environment
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills , able to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Fluent in English ( additional language is a plus )
• ? AI-savvy builder mindset – you love exploring and applying the latest tech (e.g., AI tools) to improve how you work and create impact
• ⚡ Proactive, curious, and ready to take ownership from day one
