We are offering an exciting opportunity for the position of Head of Transformational Change & Integrated Projects . In this position you will play a crucial role in leading transformational change across LLP by designing and deploying future-ready Transport of Tomorrow (ToT) capabilities. Working across functions and regions, you will convert ambitious innovation and engineering initiatives into tangible business benefits, improving operational efficiency, elevating customer experience, and advancing our sustainability agenda while shaping the future of transportation.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Lead the development and execution of the LLP transformation roadmap across EMEA, driving operational excellence and long-term business growth.
• Spearhead large-scale transformation and productivity programs that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, performance, and customer value.
• Establish and lead a centralized Data Analytics, Insights, and Value Creation capability/team across EMEA, enabling data-driven decision-making, identifying growth opportunities, improving operational efficiency, and supporting large-scale transformation initiatives
• Drive realization of business benefits, including cost optimization, service enhancement, working capital improvement, and CO₂ reduction.
• Own and evolve the Transport of Tomorrow (ToT) strategy, roadmap, and deployment, ensuring alignment with LLP's future vision.
• Accelerate the adoption of next-generation capabilities, embedding AI-driven planning, optimization, automation, and digital innovation into operations and customer solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional strategic projects, partnering with senior regional and global stakeholders to achieve transformational outcomes.
• Collaborate with Business Development teams to shape and validate large-scale customer opportunities, integrating ToT and engineering capabilities into compelling, differentiated solutions.
• Ensure solution feasibility, scalability, and profitability while fostering alignment across CSI, cross-divisional teams, DSC functions, and business units, and identifying high-value LLP and Transport growth opportunities.

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, transformation, or a related field, with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Proven success in leading and delivering large-scale transformation initiatives that drive measurable business results.
• Strong experience operating within a complex regional matrix organization, managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment without direct reporting lines.
• Experience managing and collaborating with geographically dispersed teams, including remote and dotted-line structures.
• Deep knowledge of LLP products, solutions, and operations, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer requirements.
• Proven track record of working with global customers and strategic accounts across multiple countries and cultures.
• Strong international business acumen and cultural awareness, with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse teams and regions.
• Exceptional leadership ability to influence teams and senior management
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English
