Process Performance Manager (f/m/x)

As Process Performance Manager, you are supporting performance measurement, process optimization initiatives, service performance reviews and improvements to the program tool stack.
You will be part of the process design team in the SHAPE+ Program, working together with the Cross-Divisional Process Owners, divisional process experts, the SHAPE+ community and external partners. You will support the worldwide rollout of the program and the operational requirements of the entities already operating on the platform.
Your Tasks
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Analyze efficiency and quality improvement potentials and design solutions
- Drive alignment with other process towers and divisional stakeholders
- Deploy improvements to operational entities, communicate changes and train users
- Support regular Service Performance Review meetings by reporting operational performance, support needs, continuous improvement and by tracking follow-ups
- Support the move of our program tooling from Jira/Confluence to the SAP integrated toolchain (Signavio/LeanIX/Cloud ALM) and deploy AI-based tool improvements
- Design and deliver reporting cockpits based on SAP Business Data Cloud
- Ensure project delivery by managing cutover plans, tracking and updating tasks, ensuring test execution and reporting progress
Your Profile
- Experience (5+ years) in Finance, ideally in ERP deployment, process governance or performance management in an SAP environment
- Proven ability to execute – responsibility for improvement initiatives, management of (sub-) projects, execution of deployment/cutover activities
- Solid process modelling skills (ideally SAP Signavio/BPMN 2.0)
- Experience with Jira/Confluence and/or SAP Signavio, LeanIX, Cloud ALM. Knowledge of SAP BDC is a plus.
- Strong conceptual design & analytical skills
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with high level of enthusiasm and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent English skills, German would be beneficial
