Job Purpose:

This role exists to drive real sustainability impact at scale by combining hands on customer ownership with strong analytics and program discipline- turning data and collaboration into credible GoGreen execution and continuous capability building across the organization.

Principal accountabilities :

GoGreen Customer Solutions

• Serve as the central point of contact for a portfolio of strategic GoGreen Plus customers, translating sustainability ambitions into clear, executable solutions
• Ensure high-quality, accurate reporting for selected customers, proactively identifying deviations and driving timely resolution
• Capture customer insights and requirements, connecting commercial needs with operational execution across internal stakeholders
• Actively support the planning and rollout of targeted sales campaigns, contributing data-driven insights and hands-on execution support
• Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, outliers and interdependencies, and provide ad-hoc insights to support management decision-making
• Translate data and figures into clear observations, connecting the dots across customers, topics and performance indicators to proactively highlight risks, opportunities and improvement areas

Communication & Knowledge Management

• Act as a key interface to DGF Marketing, jointly positioning DGF externally as a credible and leading green logistics provider
• Coordinate and further develop the internal GoGreen experts’ community, enabling structured knowledge sharing, best-practice exchange and continuous capability building
• Contribute to the design and delivery of training materials and employee engagement initiatives, strengthening sustainability know-how across the organization
• Oversee GoGreen communication assets, ensuring they are accurate, up to date, and sector specific

PMO / General Tasks

• Support the structured tracking, analysis and documentation of industry trends, regulatory developments and competitor sustainability offerings
• Ensure transparency and clarity on key program elements, with a strong focus on progress tracking and decision-ready insights
• Support the GoGreen performance dialogue with regional teams by preparing analyses, facilitating discussions and following up on actions

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong understanding of the forwarding and logistics industry , with the ability to contextualize sustainability solutions (e.g. GoGreen Plus) within operational realities and customer value chains
• Proven track record in PMO-style roles , including structured progress tracking, action follow-up, stakeholder coordination, and delivery of decision‑ready insights in a matrix environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to translate complex operational, performance, and emissions data into clear insights, risks, and improvement opportunities for both customers and management
• Advanced Knowledge, particularly Excel for performance and operational analysis MS Office skills, and PowerPoint for management- and customer-facing storytelling
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools (e.g. Qlik) , with the ability to understand, develop, and interpret reports to ensure high-quality, accurate customer and management reporting
• Fluent English (written and spoken); German skills a plus , enabling effective communication with customers, regional teams, and internal stakeholders across markets
• High level of ownership, resilience, and flexibility , with the ability to manage multiple strategic customers, handle deviations proactively, and perform under pressure in a dynamic sustainability context
• Strong team and stakeholder management skills , with pronounced intercultural sensitivity and the ability to align commercial, operational, marketing, and regional perspectives
• Ability to connect commercial needs with operational execution , acting as a trusted interface between customers, sales, operations, marketing, and GoGreen experts
• Demonstrated interest and credibility in sustainability topics , including industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor offerings, coupled with a mindset of continuous learning and knowledge sharing

Stakeholders:

• Convince other subject matter experts and colleagues to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches
• Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with GoGreen Super Users
• Understand key stakeholders' interests and concerns

Qualifications and Experience

• Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience or qualification
• Experience Level: 4+ years of relevant experience in logistics, program coordination and data analytics/ reporting.
