Compliance Specialist (m/f/d)

Tasks / responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all matters related to compliance as “central point of contact” and promoting a culture of openness for reporting compliance concerns or potential risks

• Act as highly proactive business partner, supporting countries in executing compliance activities, serving the business and connecting business functions globally
  • Driving the Compliance agenda across multiple countries in line with the Global and group Compliance agenda ensuring that key compliance risks which threaten the achievement of business objectives are effectively managed
  • Act as a strong communication link between countries and Global and Group Compliance
  • Establish a voice for cross-divisional compliance issues as dedicated representative from eCom
  • Responsibility for building processes and reporting by developing and optimizing compliance processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Generate regular reports on compliance metrics and key performance indicators
  • Utilize data analytics tools to generate insightful reports for compliance monitoring
• Conduct thorough investigations into compliance concerns, utilizing data-driven approaches
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address and resolve identified issues
  • Implement processes for assessing and vetting potential suppliers in alignment with Corporate Procurement from a compliance perspective
  • Investigate and address compliance issues related to supplier
• Raise awareness of compliance issues and foster a culture of ethical behavior
  • Act as dedicated representative in all
  • Ensure understanding and adherence to the code of conduct throughout the organization
  • Develop and deliver compliance training programs to employees
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's code of conduct
  • Raise awareness of compliance issues and foster a culture of ethical behavior
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and changes in compliance standards
  • Proactively adjust compliance strategies to align with evolving regulatory landscapes
  • Stay informed about competition laws and regulations
  • Implement measures to ensure the organization's compliance with competition laws

Professional qualifications:

• University degree with a focus on economics, law, supply chain management or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in compliance, auditing or related areas with a focus on processes and supply chain
• In-depth understanding of global compliance guidelines and regulations
• Experience in project management is a plus
• Very good written and spoken English and good German language skills (preferred)

• Strong analytical and conceptual as well as problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to engage with different stakeholders across different levels and functions both across the division, the group and externally where required
• Very organized and structured way of working
• Quick comprehension and ability to present complex issues in a simple way
• Intercultural sensitivity
• Willingness to travel when required
