Position Overview

The role focuses on supporting project management activities in application and platform development projects. The position contributes to medium-sized IT projects, including subproject leadership for smaller initiatives, and provides structured assistance across project planning, execution, and quality assurance. Key areas of responsibility include integration with IT infrastructure, digital transformation efforts, and cybersecurity-related considerations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support achievement of project timelines, cost targets, and quality objectives.
• Assist in creation and maintenance of project plans, managing changes and risks.
• Identify and coordinate dependencies between project tasks.
• Ensure quality of project documentation.
• Prepare and maintain meeting minutes.
• Manage and track tasks using project management tools.
• Plan and implement communication strategies for projects.
• Handle administrative project tasks, including scheduling and documentation.
• Prepare, conduct, and follow up on workshops.
• Plan, organize, and support training sessions.
• Assist with onboarding of software solutions and coordination with end-users.

Qualifications

• Languages: German (C1) and English (B1) according to CEFR standards.
• Education: Degree in Business Administration, IT, or comparable vocational training. Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience if education is alternative.
• Certifications: Basic knowledge of project management methodologies and ITIL principles. Certification such as GPM or equivalent is an advantage.
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years as a project team member, consultant, or coordinator in digitalization/IT projects.
• At least 1 year experience in project leadership.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite).
