TRAINEE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & STRATEGY INTERNATIONAL IN CORPORATE STRATETGY DEPARTMENT (M/F/X)

Join DHL Group's Corporate Strategy team and work directly on some of the company's most important growth and strategic priorities, driving Strategy 2030. As a trainee, you will contribute to Group-wide international strategic projects, support executive decision-making, and engage with senior stakeholders across DHL's global business divisions.

Your tasks

• Analyse growth opportunities, market trends and strategic business initiatives across DHL Group.
• Develop executive-ready recommendations and presentations to senior management.
• Collaborate with teams across regions and business divisions to shape DHL's long-term growth agenda.

Your profile

• Completed or soon-to-be completed Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Business, Strategy, Supply Chain Management, Political Science, Law or a related field before April 1st, 2027
• Relevant experience (up to 3 years)in strategy consulting, corporate development, M&A, investment banking, or similar analytical environments
• International mindset , demonstrated through study, work, or exchange experience abroad
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex topics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership
• Fluent English , proficiency in an additional language (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, French, Arabic, Portuguese, or German) is an advantage.
