Your tasks

You will support the team of “Engagement & Enablement” which is based on the Corporate Center of DHL Group, and shaping the learning culture across DHL Group. We aim to provide our colleagues worldwide with offers that drive our leadership culture and boost employee engagement. Specifically, we offer a variety of learning formats and foster best-practice sharing and networking across the group.

You will be part of a project team who is aiming to steer our groupwide “CERTIFIED” learning initiatives. This includes also developing and implementing new learning solutions. Further you will learn more about managing complex projects and driving stakeholder management. You will support the team in enhancing our dashboards which are used to steer our cross-divisional certified programs by using our data provided by our learning management system and other sources. Additionally, you will get the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of multiple communication activities.

As part of your internship, you will work closely with various departments and business partners and gain interesting insights into the work of the various divisions of DHL Group.

Your profile

• Compulsory internship/voluntary internship during current Master's degree in business administration, social sciences or a comparable degree program (enrollment required) with above-average performance results
• Ideal: initial experience in a consulting environment, agile organization, working in a multicultural environment
• Affinity for stakeholder management, project management, for the topic digital transformation in learning, data analytics, reporting
• Use of AI Technologies, online collaboration tools e.g. Microsoft Teams
• Very good in preparing management presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint
• Very good written and spoken English. Additional knowledge of the German language would be an advantage.
• Very good structured, with analytical skills, strong communication skills
