KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (M/f/D) – Vertrieb Asia eCommerce, Post & Paket Deutschland

Are you passionate about developing strategic customer relationships, navigating complex international eCommerce environments, and unlocking new business opportunities? As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) Asia eCommerce within Post & Parcel Germany, you will drive the growth and development of some of our most important Asia eCommerce customers. Working closely with customers and cross-functional teams across Germany and China, you will develop innovative logistics solutions, identify growth opportunities, and help shape the future of international eCommerce logistics.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the strategic and operational development of existing and new Chinese eCommerce customers within Post & Parcel Germany.
• You identify and realize profitable growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and targeted business development activities.
• You analyze customer requirements, market trends, competitive developments, and business potential to derive sustainable account strategies.
• You act as the primary point of contact for key customer stakeholders and build long-term, trusted relationships on different decision-making levels.
• You conduct regular business and performance reviews with customers and local teams to ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Together with Operations, Product Management, IT, and other specialist functions, you develop tailored logistics and eCommerce solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• You lead and coordinate complex customer initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation of customer requirements across different functions and regions.
• You build and maintain a strong internal and external network across China and Germany and actively foster collaboration between all relevant stakeholders.
• You contribute to cross-divisional initiatives and work closely with other DHL business units, such as DHL Express, to leverage joint business opportunities and deliver integrated customer solutions.

Your Profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, Logistics, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management, preferably within the eCommerce, logistics, or supply chain environment.
• Strong understanding of the Chinese eCommerce market, customer landscape, and market dynamics.
• Proven experience in managing complex customer structures and developing strategic customer relationships.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate customer, market, and business insights into successful commercial strategies.
• Experience in logistics processes and process optimization is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders on all organizational levels.
• Highly customer-oriented, results-driven, and capable of prioritizing effectively in complex business environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
• Strong resilience, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for working in an international and dynamic
• Environment.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken) and good German language skills.
