Senior Expert Legal Operations & Innovation DACH (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Implementation of global legal tools, processes and standards across the DACH region
• Development and implementation of regional solutions to support the digital transformation of Legal Services
• Contribute to the standardization, optimization and continuous improvement of key legal processes
• Drive data-based decision-making through reporting, dashboards and KPIs
• Represent the DACH region in global rollouts and serve as the interface between regional requirements and global initiatives
• Deliver training and enablement activities to support the adoption of new tools, processes and ways of working
• Bring external best practices and market trends in Legal Operations, digitalization and process management into the organization

Your profile

• University degree in business administration, (business) information systems or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in Legal Operations, process management, process improvement or a comparable transformation environment
• Experience in analyzing, standardizing and improving business processes
• Knowledge of data analysis as well as KPI-based reporting, dashboards and performance measurement approaches
• Experience working with international and cross-functional stakeholders
• Understanding of operating models, digital solutions and process-driven ways of working
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
