For our Head Office in Bonn, we are looking for a Senior Marketing & Event Manager (m/f/d) in full-time

Your key tasks in this role

• Lead and manage international marketing and event projects from concept and planning through execution and evaluation.
• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that translate business objectives into clear messages, engaging content, and coordinated activities.
• Plan, organize, and deliver trade fairs, customer events, conferences, and internal events including agendas, budgets, suppliers, logistics, and on-site coordination.
• Create and maintain high-quality marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, sales collateral, event assets and digital content.
• Work closely with regional and country marketing teams to localize and activate global campaigns to adapt and activate global campaigns for local markets.
• Define success measures, monitor campaign and event performance, and turn results, and feedback into practical improvements.
• Select and manage agencies, venues, suppliers, and other service providers, ensuring quality, budget control, and timely delivery.
• Support customer communication, including email marketing and selected automation initiatives.
• Advise country managers and other stakeholders on marketing and event topics.

Our perfect match

• Degree in marketing, business administration, communications, event management, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of relevant experience in international business-to-business marketing and event management environment.
• Experience with marketing automation tools is an advantage, knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Account Engagement is welcome but not required.
• A strong understanding of integrated campaigns customer communication, audience segmentation, and campaign measurement.
• Creative thinking combined with a strong planning and excellent execution skills, sound judgement, and a passion for compelling storytelling.
• A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style and a strong hands-on mentality, with the willingness to take ownership and deliver.
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder-management skills across functions, seniority levels and cultures.
• The ability to manage several priorities while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality standards.
• Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
