Since its inception, the Accelerated Digitalization & Automation team has been established as an industry-leading initiative with 12 Focus Technologies, 1.700+ facilities touched, 8.000+ robots deployed and an engaged cross-regional and cross-functional team that is together accelerating the transition to Digital By Default.

We are looking for a Global Senior Product Development Manager to play a pivotal role in accelerating DHL Supply Chain’s digital transformation globally. In this highly visible position, you will take end to end ownership of transformational digital products — from identifying emerging technologies, to largescale deployment across our global operations. Working across regions, functions, and external partners, you will help shape the future of the digital supply chain while influencing senior stakeholders at the highest levels of the organisation.

Your Key Accountabilities Include:

• Leading the identification, assessment and scaling of innovative digital technologies across DHL Supply Chain operations globally.
• Owning the end‑to‑end productization of digital solutions, ensuring “plug‑and‑play” deployment through structured product development and vendor management models.
• Driving first deployments and global scale‑up of digital products, collaborating closely with sites, countries, regions, and global leadership teams.
• Defining deployment strategies, implementation plans, vendor models and success metrics, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Monitoring performance of deployed solutions, managing escalations, and continuously improving product performance through structured governance and SLAs.
• Compiling detailed assessments on technical feasibility, commercial viability and operational desirability; ensure assessment models are covered in DHL Supply Chains assessment toolkits
• Shaping and evolving the Product Development & Management target operating model (people, process and tools) in partnership with senior DHL Supply Chain and Group stakeholders.
• Managing globally industrialized Digital Products till sunset, applying IT/OT Product Management best practice

What Are We Looking For From You:

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain or operational environments, with strong understanding of warehousing, transport or end‑to‑end supply chain processes.
• Solid technology and digitalisation expertise, ideally covering areas such as automation, robotics, data analytics, AI, sensors or enterprise IT solutions.
• Demonstrated success in complex program or product management, including structured deployment, change management and delivery at scale.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate across regions and functions.
• Excellent analytical, consulting and communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior management, customers and external audiences.
• A bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), with several years’ experience across logistics, technology and stakeholder-led delivery roles.
