Join our dynamic, globally connected Finance IT team for our SHAPE+ transformation program and help shape the future of financial systems and processes at DHL. We are driven, curious and highly delivery oriented, operating in a highly visible, dynamic project environment.

Your tasks as IT Product Manager Shape+

As IT Product Manager Shape+ , you will be responsible for the steering and evolution of our SAP HANA Finance & Master Data Private and Public Cloud environments in accordance with the demands of our Global Finance Systems Transformation roadmap.

• Take ownership for the product strategy and roadmap for our SAP S/4HANA and MDG platforms, including their core components like BTP, BDC, Integrated Toolchain, SAP CALM, etc.
• Evaluate Business Demands and find technical solutions to increase efficiency
• Plan and manage lifecycle events like Release Upgrades, Feature Stack Pack implementations , etc. and develop process standards and best practices for such reoccurring events.
• Improve the operational coordination of two parallel development lines (Project and Main Line for DEV+QA) to ensure development and operations run smoothly in parallel
• Know all Supplier Contracts , review the total cost of ownership (TCO), support budgeting, spend requests and license/contract renewals
• Ensure system security and compliance , including:
• Penetration testing, disaster recovery, patching, upgrades, and system refreshes.
• Security concepts and data protection regulations (DPR).
• Oversee infrastructure and IT network management in collaboration with internal and external partners
• Act as the central point of contact for internal and external senior stakeholders
• Coordinate with SaaS supplier and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance standards

Your profile

You are an experienced IT professional with a strong background in SAP HANA Cloud product management and a passion for delivering value through technology. You bring:

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in managing SAP landscapes, ideally in large-scale transformation programs
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and MDG , including deployment in private and public cloud environments
• Proven track record in budget management, licensing , and vendor negotiations
• Strong understanding of security, compliance , and infrastructure management in enterprise IT
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams
• Experience working with SaaS providers and managing hybrid IT environments
• A proactive, structured and solution-oriented mindset
