What You’ll Do

This role serves as a key commercial interface between Key Account Management, Trading, Supply Chain, and Operations.

You will:

• Manage day-to-day commercial activities for assigned strategic accounts. Coordinate customer communication related to forecasts, allocations, and service levels Consolidate and challenge customer forecasts. Track call-offs, volume flows, and allocation scenarios. Support Trading in evaluating volume shifts and scenario modelling. Prepare pricing, margin, and volume analyses. Provide reporting on customer performance and commercial risks. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Finance, Sustainability, and Technical teams. Lead cross-functional operational reviews. Monitor customer and market trends. Ensure seamless execution of commercial commitments for strategic accounts, drive accurate forecasting and allocation processes, and contribute to pricing, planning, and customer communication.

What We’re Looking for

• 4–6 years’ experience in Sales, Trading, Supply Chain, or Commercial roles.

  Understanding of forecasting, pricing, and supply chain constraints.

  Strong analytical ability.

  Excellent communication skills.

  Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
